Josefina Covents :

Owner / President of the company.

Josefina is living for almost 15 years in the Dominican Republic , what has given her lots of important contacts and experiences to help.

Born and raised in Belgium . Her family owned one of the first and best known real estate / property managing companies in Antwerp .
She altough did not wanted to work under "family rules " , and started an import / export business , wich she sold prior to her departure to the DR. Josefina speaks : Dutch , French , English , German and Spanish.

Peter Wirken :

Owner / Vice-president of the company.

Born in Belgium , but at a young age moved to the Dominican Republic . For Peter after being almost 15 years in the DR , the Dominican Republic became his "Home Country". At a young age Peter became a sales agent in real estate and soon got well known in the DR real estate world. His many years experience can help you throughout your search. Peter speaks the same five languages as Josefina Covents.

Randi Carrier:

Sales Manager

Born and raised in Canada. Randi moved to the Dominican Republic 13 year ago, after working many years in the United State as an accountant in a reputable firm, she came to Dominican Republic with a 2 years contract in the "Free Zone" of Santiago to restructure the accounting department and trained the staff. When her contract was finished, she decided to stay in the DR and look for a new job and worked for a successful Hotel Resort in Cabarete as controller until she decided to change her line of work completely to sales manager of our Company. Her many years of experience and enthusiast can help you throughout your search. Randi speaks French, English and Spanish.

Tony Tejada:

Assistant Manager

Born and raised in Dominican Republic. Tony worked in the tourism Industry for 5 years in charge of public relation department. He studied accounting in Utesa University and is now assistant manager for our Company. His goal is to become a successful Attorney at law. Tony speaks Spanish, English, German and is now studying French.

Alexandra Johnson:

Property manager / rentals

Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Alexandra has worked from very young in the real-estate area, has been outstanding in the sales to others is characterized for being an enterprising person who offers the others an excellent human, accessible and sincere treatment. Nowdays it recovers in our company the post of consulting juridical, also it is a part of the sales team, post that it recovers with enough skills and development. In addition Alexandra contributes with the development of our community since it belongs to the group of shareholder who constructs the Tropical Sea-coast, in luperon Port Silver. Alexandra is licensed in Law, and always it will be to his entire disposition. Alexandra speaks Spanish and has noticions of English.

Anayris Rosario Santos:

Administrative assistant

Born and raised in Dominican Republic. Ana experienced a variety of work during her life. She speak her own native language Spanish and have a good knowledge of German and is now studying English. She holds a certificate from the Institution Di Conti, S.A. in communication. Her services as an assistant in our Company is very efficient and of good quality. Her goal is to improve her knowledge in the real estate business.

Marino Liriano :

Head of construction department

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Marino is our person in charge for all constructions with 20 years of experience .

Gerardo De Lancer :

Head of construction department

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Gerardo is a very well known architect with 15 years of experience. He has designed properties starting with small bungalows to hotels and condominiums and urbanisations.
